I am a Clinical Psychology Major at Los Angeles Valley College awaiting to transfer to Cal State University of Northridge. I graduated from Van Nuys High School with a 3.2 GPA in the Medical Magnet Program. I am anticipating starting classes in CSUN by spring of 2016. I have currently taken 6 classes in Psychology and have taken courses including but not limited to Public Speaking, Child Development, Sociology, Math, German, and English.
Experience
I have a passion for teaching others and I've been told that I'm good at it. I've held multiple study groups in my college with positive results as well as managing to keep my GPA up. I have helped many classmates understand things they didn't understand in class by using a different approach to teaching. I am patient and know how to deal with others with the skills I have gained from working in a Starbucks for 3 years. I also know how to work in a team as well as on my own.
