Experience
My name is Perrine, and I live in Encino, California. I'm a graduate of Stanford University, with a degree in Political Science and International Relations. While at Stanford, I was part of an interactive outreach program where we mentored elementary school students, and they paid us back by teaching us to "walk it out" and to do the Harlem shake. I earned my master's at New York University, while writing stories of the eclectic people of the city. I'm a tutor with a passion for teaching and helping students achieve more than they ever believed they possibly could achieve.I'm qualified to tutor arithmetic and math (elementary through high school), Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Reading/Phonics, Writing, College Essay Writing/Editing, Grammar and Mechanics, and Literature. I'm also ready to help your student with test preparations for the PSAT and SAT. College students can contact me for help preparing for GRE quantitative and verbal, too.I like music and politics, and I report on stories for a local news affiliate. On top of that, I'm also a huge Star Wars fan!
